DeWayne Chin - Managing Director & Head of Asset Management for the Specialty Finance Business at Fortress Investments
DeWayne Chin has been the Managing Director & Head of Asset Management for the Speciality Finance Business at Fortress Investments since 2006. Prior to this, he was on the Residential Mortgage Whole Loan Trading Team & Joint Venture Team from 2004 to 2006. Before his career in finance, Mr. Chin was a lawyer for various companies, such as insurance firms like Liberty Mutual, MagnaCare, and General Health Incorporated. Launched in 1998, Fortress is one of the largest global investment management companies. It focuses on investments in private equity, credit, and real estate for both individuals and institutional investors with $48 billion dollars of assets under management.
